  I came in for a recall issue, but I had been having issues with my battery. The did the multi point check and found my drive belt was cracked and I did need a new battery. About an 1 hour after telling me that all the work was done, my car was washed and running smoothly! And they opened the showroom so we all could social distance ourselves. All in all good fast service with a smile.

He explained to me all the features of my Nissan Leaf, which is an electric car. I don't think I would have purchased the car, with the little knowledge I had. After Grant explained to me how it worked, and that it is basically a computer on wheels, how to charge it and other important details about the Leaf, I was confident in purchasing it. He even followed my son & I to my parents to drop off my old car, while my new car was charging. That is 100% great service, and again above & beyond.   Professional, courteous and knowledgeable Service Department. They completed the service in a timely manner and I was on my way. This was my first time at this particular location and I will be returning for all my service needs.

  Nick, service manager, has always been extremely helpful with any job I need done. He goes the extra mile, unlike an average worker. We are moving to Missouri on July 15, 2020, but if i know people in California, i will refer them to Nissan in Vacaville.
