It was pretty straightforward I needed an oil change, and something to fix my car for a part recall I got a ride back to my house from your ride share program and you guys came picked me back up when my ride is ready overall my experience was 11 out of 10 I don't even know why I go to Walmart to get my oil changed just going to go to you guys

I came in for a recall issue, but I had been having issues with my battery. The did the multi point check and found my drive belt was cracked and I did need a new battery. About an 1 hour after telling me that all the work was done, my car was washed and running smoothly! And they opened the showroom so we all could social distance ourselves. All in all good fast service with a smile.

We needed key fob & service attendant sold us the fob & programed it to the car and washed our car. All within an hour’s time. Very courteous & helpful service people!

Last week I brought my car in after it was serviced by Aamco which had our transmission leaking everyday. When I arrived at Nissan I met with Ryan who was very helpful and knowledgeable about our situation. He made sure that we got taken care of and also got a rental car while they worked on our vehicle.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a truck, and have it in our driveway when he got home from work. I was limited in what he wanted, Chevy Silverado, and I really didn’t know much about trucks in general. I had gone with my mom to about 5 different dealerships in Dixon and Vacaville. All the guys I spoke with said what I wanted was impossible and just showed me photos on their computers.

When it was finished the service tech came in to inform me that my car was finished and even offered me assistance with getting up after noticing I had a cane due to leg issues. My five stars go to Nick in the service department!! He is very professional and takes the time to explain to me what I need for my car and how it works. Even though I know he is extremely busy I don’t feel rushed or like I’m inconveniencing him. I would highly recommend asking for Nick if you want a positive experience!! I would refer any friends or family members to be served by him . I can see him running the company! Customer service goes along way !! He deserves a raise and a bonus !!

Grant Lion is the most honest and caring and efficient salesperson and I won't buy from anyone else. I just can't give him enough praise!!!!! Rate him a 10 no he is 100. And Randy in finance gets a 10 as he is awesome and patient too! Everyone I encountered in Nissan of Vacaville said "Hello, have you been helped?" Wow they all care. Jesus in parts wasn't as helpful but a woman back there gets a 10 also as she resolved a situation and I am sorry I didn't get her name!

Nissan of Vacaville is an exceptional dealership. The staff is great and very helpful. And I especially want to acknowledge Grant. He went above and beyond, and helped me with my auto purchase. He explained to me all the features of my Nissan Leaf, which is an electric car. I don't think I would have purchased the car, with the little knowledge I had. After Grant explained to me how it worked, and that it is basically a computer on wheels, how to charge it and other important details about the Leaf, I was confident in purchasing it. He even followed my son & I to my parents to drop off my old car, while my new car was charging. That is 100% great service, and again above & beyond. I’ve been having my Nissan Maxima serviced only at Nissan Vacaville since I bought it new in 2011 from them. I’ve only had great service from them and highly recommend this dealership. Over the years I’ve had several service folks with whom I’ve dealt, and all were/have been conscientious, courteous and very customer oriented. This week I had the pleasure of working with Nick to obtain service for replacing my car’s drive belts. I give him 10 out of 10 for his excellent assistance. Thanks, again, Nick! We were greeted promptly and courteously and our technician, Eric (I think it was Eric) was so helpful in explaining everything to us and didn't try to sell us on unneeded repairs that could wait until a later date, considering we were having to spend approximately $2,800 during this visit. We have always had a pleasant service experience every time we've brought our Nissan in for repairs at Vacaville Nissan. Thank you !

I had my appt made with Jaime. He was very courteous, went over board explaining the service to me. Also made an appt for F/U service. Thought his communication was good, customer service was super.

Our sales person was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain all the features and listened carefully and understood our needs. We never felt rushed or pressured and time just breezed by. It was a very pleasant experience from the sales person to the gentlemen that assisted us in signing papers.
