The service advisors--Court, Jose and Major--have always fulfilled their promise of getting my Sentra serviced and ready at the time requested. If there is a glitch, Court or Jose will alert by phone and provide an alternate time of completion. thanks

I love going to Nissan Vacaville. The staff is friendly, the appointment center online is easy and fast.
the only issue i had is that i turned in a coupon to do oil change and tire rotation. the tire rotation was not done.

The service was good. Disappointed that the recommended synthetic oil is not what is covered on the free oil change.

Got my Nissan Leaf from Nissan of Vacaville on May 31, 2013; got the best pricing among other dealerships; lower than my discounts at Costco, AAA, AARP. Grant Lion, the sales person, was straight forward and to the point. There were no surprises. The transaction went down smoothly. They did what they said they were going to do.

Jose was awesome. He was able to make sure my car was ready by the time I was off work. Jose made it very easy to do business with VV Nissan.
